Microsoft has launched its latest Windows 7 operating system in India.The Indian prices of the new Windows 7 OS are 40% cheaper than the corresponding price in the U.S. . According to Microsoft Windows 7 is the fastest selling operating system and currently 93% of the newly shipped systems run Windows 7 OS. Microsoft has sold 240 million copies of the Windows 7 OS in one year (till Oct. 22 2010) .
